How to avoid cold , drizzly November rather than head towards warm regions, where the sun inviolable government …

United Arab Emirates. Heaven situated on the shores of the Persian Gulf and Oman. Just to mention: in the winter air temperature is about 30 degrees. For me, more than enough to pack my bags and go on a journey .

Since the November flights to this destination are every day, which means the ability to at least briefly escape from the gloomy weather.

United Arab Emirates (UAE) is one of the youngest and most modern countries in the Middle East. On December celebrate 46th birthday and decorating the country is in full swing.

Makes them seven emirates situated in the east of the Arabian Peninsula: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah, Sharjah, Umm al-Quwain.

The two main emirates are Abu Dhabi, which is also the capital of the state and whose president Sheikh UAE, and Dubai, whose Prime Minister Sheikh United Arab Emirates.

If you follow my writings to travel, you may have noticed that it does not deal with numbers and statistics. But today I am writing about the United Arab Emirates, and, when it comes to this country – the numbers and statistics as a starting point.

The father of modern Emirates, Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan had a crystal clear vision for his country. Immediately after the discovery of oil, laid the foundations for the future development of the Emirate. Of course, even before the discovery of oil, there is a very good living from the pearls that are grown in the warm waters of the Persian Gulf.

Aware that oil will not be forever, the state invests in other industrial spheres. The stuff that Emirates think they dried up when oil is tourism.

It is absolutely amazing how much is invested in the industry. Glamor, shine and splendor are visible at every turn, a perfect blend of tradition, technologically feasible ideas and fascinating modern buildings Emirate seems very desirable destination.

Although the fall in the muslim country, with a very clear laws, Emirates are open to the modern world. Relatively cheap workforce from Asia and smart pro-Western orientation give boost to the emirate so that the whole country looks like a big construction site.

There are two categories of travel in the Emirate.

Or you go to work and earn (currently there are around eight million foreigners from 200 countries), or you’re going to spend. Because everything in the Emirates City, is designed to attract people to come and spend, and for now is going great.

In favor of this are the figures. Only the 2016 Dubai was visited by 17 million tourists and 40 million have passed through the transit. The figures each year are soaring and are expected to peak in 2020 when the Expo will be in Dubai.

The first emirate, Abu Dhabi, is located 120 kilometers from Dubai. Depending on the period when you go, from the crowds on the roads, it’s kind of a little more than an hour you will lose in the way. They drive the majority of Japanese cars (because of the climate that can withstand high ambient temperature). Automobile bought and changed every two to three years, mostly during Ramadan when the huge discounts and very good conditions for the purchase.

Another trivia is that the roads in Dubai covers 370 000 speed cameras (speed limit is 140 km per hour) and the distance between vehicles. Abu Dhabi is covered with 500 000 cameras.

Abu Dhabi is located in a well-connected islands. The city is full of greenery and it does not feel bustle that is present in Dubai.

By the mid-20th century the economy in Abu Dhabi was based mainly on the cultivation of dates and camel, removing pearls from the sea and fishing. Then the Japanese invented artificial pearls that were much cheaper, which created difficulties for the residents of Abu Dhabi because they are pearls represented the largest and main source of income.

I liked Abu Dhabi. Unlike Dubai, slowly paving the way as an interesting tourist destination, especially for those who prefer something quieter, but the urban environment. It has everything you need for family travel, and that without losing any of the specific atmosphere.

Abu Dhabi is very true to the cultural offerings, so that, for example, in mid-november open Louvre museum where they are exposed to the world of work by contemporary artists.

This city is bustling but not crowded, casual or serious, full of magnificent buildings and beaches.

Hotel Emirates Palace is just one of many attractions. Once magnificent palace, now a hotel where made the movie “Sex and the City”.

Another figure: 110 000 millionaires have their own business and lives in Abu Dhabi.

One of the largest mosques of the world (the eighth largest), built to accommodate more than 40 000 believers at once, is the Grand Mosque, Sheikh Zayed. It has the largest carpet in the world is woven man-made chandeliers and gilded with gold.

But, in addition to the cultural – historical destination, Abu Dhabi is the world metropolis which owns the world’s biggest sports attraction, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, where tourists can enjoy of all ages.

Ferrari Word was with me a strong impression. Theme park with roller coaster and track for F1, where, during my stay, driven final race of the season.

It would be a shame not visit the Yas Waterworld, a huge aqua park with numerous slides and water “antics”.

Speaking of interesting buildings: there is a building where the windows close automatically as the sun moves. Since it is very difficult to even imagine such a project, here are photos.

Let’s move on. Heritage Village is one of the attractions. Within the village, there is a small museum that stores photos Abu Dhabi before the economic boom.

On one side of the village there is a beautiful sandy beach where, unfortunately, banned swimming. The whole setting of the village is very nice but if you have free time, it is useful to visit him. Admission is free.

Among other must-see places I would single out the Abu Dhabi Corniche, a walking path by the sea and the Corniche beach. Spacious beaches and pleasant waters provide an incredible pleasure.

The emirate, which attracts the largest number of tourists from Serbia is definitely Dubai. As I have already mentioned, Dubai is obsessed with luxury of every kind and in every possible way. The buildings are lined with marble inside and out. However, it should be noted that luxury is not a mass phenomenon. It enjoys the majority of the local population and a rich, highly educated population.

But as far as tourism and what it offers, you should take your hat off.

Dubai offers a range of world-famous tourist sensation. In any text you can read the praises of this city: the largest building, the hotel with the most stars, the island in the shape of palm trees, excess, in every way … Yes, that is true but I will add a few more moments that when I first visited Dubai, I just not noticed.

This time I was lucky. A wonderful man, an Egyptian Zak, who speaks perfect  Serbian language, was able to show me and explain to the other side of Dubai. Not in itself I could not explain it, but somehow melted the ice between me and this city.

We visited all the standard attractions that this city has to offer. I climbed to the top of the tallest building in the world from where you can look at all ever built in this city but also a handful of buildings in the making.

I walked to the hotel Burj Al Arab, or, as it is called, core. In the immediate vicinity of the Souk Medinat Jumeirah, decorated in traditional Arab style.

In this region where the sun was scorching, people have to make life easier, since ancient times developed a special method of construction. At each facility they built a square tower with openings at the top. The towers are a precursor of air conditioners because they circulate through the wind gently stirs constantly and introduces him to the house. Even today, almost all the objects that are being built in Dubai have this tower, and they are part of the tradition of the old Dubai.

If you like to explore the cultural and sightseeing attractions, the left and right sides of creek channels are a great choice for you. There is a lot of buildings from the period when Dubai was one of the most popular cities in the world. You will enjoy strolling through the old, narrow streets. Tour the bazaars and visit the museum. The exhibition in the museum offers visitors an insight into the desert life, traditional Arabian homes, mosques, fishing, pearl-diving and trade. At this point, the best you can learn about the history of Dubai and see how small bedouin village for a few decades into a wonder of the world and the most attractive tourist destination in the world.

This city district is very different from the rest of modern Dubai, as if they were two completely different cities. On one side of the canal of Textile Souk and on the other side of Dubai Creek channel, which was once the main artery of the city, are the Spice Souk and Gold Souk. If you want to know the real Dubai this is the perfect place. Take a boat which is called Abra, this is a traditional boat made of wood and used to transport people across Dubai Creek.

This part of town is not for the rich, and here you’ll meet only poor populations. In the open market sale of gold, perfumes, spices.

And we come back to the modern part of the city. You know what I was really impressed? The possibility offered by one of the hotel: swim in the pool, outside frying +30, and when you can cool down, across to the ski area and the second part of the day is spent on the snow.

Certainly, the strongest impression from the trip is a visit to Dubai parks and resorts. The resort complex consists of three parks: Legoland, Motiongate and Bollywood park. A place where children and adults equally enjoy. If you can, do not afford to miss this. The price of tickets at every park is not negligible, but if staying in one of the hotels that are located within the park, admission is free.

Believe me, this place returns the smile that will stay long on you’r face.

What is more attractive tourists? Sure, Palm Jumeirah, an artificial island in the shape of palm trees of which the world greatly story. On the palm trees, in addition to exclusive hotels and villas are famous and rich. Interestingly, if you are a foreigner, you can buy in Dubai apartment but not the land on which it is located.

And one good news for future tourists: built another palm tree, much higher than the existing, but not yet put into operation.

Also, another “wonder of the world” is here. Island “World “. It is a group of artificial islands. Seen from the air, Dubai World map depicts the planet. If you are coming for example from Europe, exclusively and only to the “European” part of the island, you can buy a property.

Emirate is impossible to describe one who has not visited them yet. But a few words describe this country better than any other in the world: culture, luxury, luxury breathtaking, amazing adventure that will forever follow and, above all, the hospitality and kindness of the hosts to a wide spread hands whenever you want they come as guests.

Why can not this winter? Although it is outrageous fortune seems unattainable, a trip to one of the Emirates is within reach.
